RETURN POLICY IN LITHUANIA
To return a product within 7 working days, a return request must be submitted to info@belluri.lt, and after receiving confirmation within 3 working days, the product must be sent back. If more than 7 working days have passed since the purchase of the product and no return request has been submitted, returns will not be possible.
The returned product must meet certain requirements. First of all, the jewelry item must be unworn, unused, or undamaged in any other way and must have all certification labels and be packaged in its original packaging. Since we want to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality products, all products are photographed and filmed before shipment, with this material being stored in the company's archives. The returned product is carefully inspected and compared to our video material, assessing whether there are any product damages or signs of wear. After inspecting the product and confirming that it meets the return criteria, the money is returned within 10 working days.
The buyer pays the shipping costs when returning the product.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
Products made to individual order or personalized products cannot be returned.
PRODUCT RETURNS IN EUROPE
Despite what is stated above, if products are sent to other European Union countries, the buyer has the right to cancel or return the order for any reason within 3 days according to applicable European Union regulations. As mentioned, the returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You will also need a purchase receipt or other document proving the purchase.
REFUND
Upon receiving the returned product, we will immediately check if it meets the return criteria and inform you. Once we confirm that the product can be returned, we will process the refund. Within 10 working days, the funds will be automatically refunded using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and announce the refund.
